About Me

I head up the Cyber Security Projects and Consulting Practice in Australia and New Zealand at one of the top technology consulting firms in the world. I am specialised in cyber security governance, risk and compliance (GRC), strategy, architecture and cloud security, and a strong advocate for aligning cyber security requirements with business needs. I have led globally diverse cyber security teams, and have advised on cyber security best practice for the largest technology integration for government in the world.

I am triple tertiary qualified in neuroscience, law and cyber security. I graduated with Advanced Science from the University of Sydney, and received First Class Honours in Law and several university prizes, before pursuing a Master of Cyber Security at the Georgia Institute of Technology, the highest ranking university in the U.S. for cyber security studies. Prior to my current role, I worked as a senior cyber specialist for Big 4 consulting, boutique firms, and the Australian Government, and as a commercial and insurance lawyer for international and boutique law firms. In my spare time, I coach professionals in the early stages of their cyber security career and teach postgraduate cyber security at universities locally and internationally.
